The Six-Minute Administratiove Lawyer 2012

Andrew Wray will be presenting an Update on Dunsmuir at the Law Society of Upper Canada's "The Six-Minute Administrative Lawyer 2012" program. More information on the event can be found at the LSUC's website.

Ontario Human Rights Review

Andrew Pinto was appointed by the Attorney General of Ontario in August 2011 to review the implementation and effectiveness of changes made to the Ontario human rights system since 2008.  The review, conducted unders section 57 of the Human Rights Code, requires the reviewer to hold public consultations and report back to the Attorney General within one year.  More info on Andrew Pinto's review can be found at: www.ontariohumanrightsreview.org. 

Toronto Lawyers Association "Nutshell" Program

Andrew Pinto will be speaking on "Private Acts, Workplace Consequences" concerning the implications of off-duty conduct of employees at the Toronto Lawyers Association "Nutshell" Program in November 2011.

Article Publication in Carswell's Legal Memoranda and Points of Law

Christian Vernon's article on injunctions in Employment Law is forthcoming and will be published in Carswell's Legal Memoranda and Points of Law collection.

Human Rights Update Conference

Andrew Wray co-chaired the annual Human Rights Update conference organized by the Ontario Bar Association in June 2011.  It was the fourth consecutive year that Andrew Wray has co-chaired the conference.
